Shipping policy
Our order cut off time is 2pm, so if orders are placed and paid before 2pm they will get dispatched the Same Day. If not, they will be dispatched the next working day.
We only ship to the U.K.
All of our shipping options are fully tracked and insured.
Delivery Options
• Yodel Small Parcel 48 Tracked (2–4 Working Days) – £3.99 (orders under 2KG)
• Hermes Express Tracked (1–2 Working Days) – £5.99 (orders between 2KG and 15kg)
• DHL Express Tracked (1 Working Day) – £6.99 (orders between 15KG and 30kg)
We try our absolute best to send all orders received before 2pm the same day. However, this is not always possible, especially during busy days. If your order is not dispatched on the same day then it will be dispatched on the following day.
We do not guarantee exact delivery time or days and these should only be taken as estimates. Our delivery partners include Hermes, Yodel and DHL.
We always aim to get your order to you within the 4-day time frame but unfortunately, things can sometimes take a day or 2 longer. In these instances, we will furnish you with a 10% discount voucher for your next order.
Please Note: We cannot guarantee that all orders will be dispatched on Mondays. Due to the high volume of orders on Monday, your order may get dispatched on Tuesday (when Monday is a Bank Holiday, this applies to Tuesday orders).
Returns Policy
In the event that you have received a faulty item, you must notify us within 30 days of the goods being received. If you inform us of the faults after the 30 day period, then we are unable to accept returns.
For all returns, we will send you a “Return Form”. You must fill in the return form and send it with the item returned. If we receive any product without a return form then this will result in a delay in processing your return. Please make sure you include the return number provided on the return form. The return number is the same as your order number.
Please provide as much information as you can, including pictures where applicable. This will help us to get the situation resolved as quickly as possible.
If the returned product is not in the condition in which it was posted, then we reserve the right to refuse the return or to issue a partial refund after assessing the items for damages.
